All items from Kendall’s Beads are handmade with care. Because of the nature of handmade and personal-wear jewelry, I do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds.

Please make sure to read item descriptions carefully before purchasing. If you ever have a question about size, colours, materials, or custom pieces, feel free to contact me before ordering.

Damaged items: If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue on my end, please contact me within 3 days of delivery with photos, and I will be happy to help find a solution.
